    You may purchase a Suprema Card from an Associate for US$ 126. Fill in your details and sign one of his/her Card Purchase Orders (CPOs). Seven people's names are printed on this CPO and, as you will see, the one in 7th position is the Associate selling the Suprema Card to you. Every CPO is serial numbered and guarantees the upline structure. The Associate name in Top position is written in large print together with his/her address or bank details. In this way your friend Associate can easily send the upline commission to the Top position Associate.
    The Associate can process your CPO and the company will enroll you as a card holder. The sales commissions are distributed by the Associate as follows:

• US$ 40 to the Associate in the Top position as upline commission.
• US$ 46 to Future Strategies to cover administration costs (card issue, data processing, faxing, mailing, etc.).
• US$ 40 to the Associate in 7th Position who sold you the card, as direct sales commission.
